CurbMerge is currently a pre-release beta product. By participating, testers acknowledge that the app is under active development and is being provided for testing and feedback—not as a guaranteed parking service.
What testers should expect
- Features may fail, change, or disappear.
- Map, location, weather, status, and timing information may be delayed or inaccurate.
- A claimed handoff may not result in an available space.
- Push, background, or real-time updates may be inconsistent.
- Test data may be reset.
Tester responsibilities
- Do not use the app while driving.
- Follow all parking and traffic laws.
- Do not confront another driver or treat a claim as ownership.
- Report defects through TestFlight or the Support page.
- Do not publicly distribute confidential beta materials without permission.
No parking rights
A CurbMerge offer or claim is not a reservation, sale, license, guarantee, or authorization to occupy public space. The lawful availability of any space must be assessed at the location.
Feedback
Feedback may be used to improve CurbMerge without payment or obligation, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.
Emergency situations
CurbMerge is not an emergency service. Do not use it to report hazards, crashes, crimes, blocked access, or urgent situations. Contact the appropriate local authority or emergency service.
